Fitment Tolerance
1. Tolerance Range
Our aftermarket parts are manufactured with high-precision processes. However, due to material characteristics, production conditions, and varying installation methods, a tolerance of ±0.2mm to 0.5mm between our products and OEM components may occur.
2. Influencing Factors
The fitment and alignment of each product may be affected by the following factors:
- Installation Techniques: Different installation methods and skill levels can impact the fit and positioning accuracy of the product.
- Vehicle Body Condition: Factory tolerances, vehicle age, accident repairs, or structural adjustments may require fine-tuning during installation.
- Material Properties: Materials such as carbon fiber or ABS may experience minor expansion or contraction under varying temperature and humidity conditions.
3. Installation Recommendations
- For optimal results, we highly recommend professional installation. Minor adjustments may be necessary to achieve a precise and secure fit.
- If needed, fitment can be improved using shims, silicone, double-sided tape, or by slightly adjusting the mounting points.
4. Disclaimer
- All of our products undergo strict quality control to ensure they meet the stated tolerance standards.
- As these are aftermarket components and not OEM parts, perfect 100% seamless compatibility with every vehicle cannot be guaranteed. Please be fully aware of this prior to purchase.
- Any fitment adjustments required due to improper installation, vehicle-specific structural differences, or non-product-related issues are not considered product defects. Therefore, no additional compensation will be provided in such cases.
Care & Maintenance
1. Regular Maintenance & Care
Perform maintenance every 3 to 6 months to check for yellowing, hazing, or fine scratches and address them promptly.
For high-end vehicles with carbon fiber components (such as GT wings and carbon fiber hoods), apply UV-resistant coatings or sealant wax to maintain their glossy appearance.

- Use high-quality carbon fiber care products, such as carbon fiber-specific polish, to restore shine and add protection.
- If cracks or damage occur, repair or replace the part immediately to maintain the vehicle’s aerodynamics and overall aesthetics.
2. Proper Cleaning Methods
Avoid using strong acidic or alkaline cleaners, as they may erode the carbon fiber’s clear coating, leading to hazing or cracks.
Use neutral pH cleaners, such as carbon fiber-specific cleaning solutions or pH-balanced car wash products, along with a soft microfiber cloth.

- Wipe gently with a damp cloth, avoiding direct high-pressure water jets, which could affect the surface coating.
- Avoid dry wiping to prevent scratches and surface damage.
3. Avoid Contact with Corrosive Substances
Avoid exposure to strong solvents (such as alcohol, adhesive removers, or degreasers), as they may deteriorate the protective coating of carbon fiber.
Be cautious of oil stains and brake dust accumulation, especially on carbon fiber diffusers and side skirts, as these areas tend to collect contaminants.

- Use warm water and neutral cleaners to remove oil stains, and wipe with a soft cloth.
- Avoid gasoline, brake fluid, engine oil, or other chemical solvents—if accidental contact occurs, wipe and clean the surface immediately.
4. Prevent Scratches & Impact Damage
Carbon fiber has high rigidity but lower impact resistance. A strong collision may result in cracks or internal structural damage.
Surface wear and minor scratches can reduce glossiness and durability over time.

- Avoid hitting or scraping the carbon fiber surface with hard objects such as luggage, tools, or metal items.
- Use paint protection film (PPF) or ceramic coatings to prevent minor scratches and external contaminants.

Order Modification Policy
Once your order has been confirmed, no further changes can be made.
If you no longer require the order, please contact the TWL Customer Service Center via email, WhatsApp, or WeChat.

Order Cancellation & Return Requests
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Return Policy
Returns are limited to the original order only.
To request a return, please contact the TWL Customer Service Center via email, WhatsApp, or WeChat within 30 days of receiving the product.
Service Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Taiwan Time), excluding weekends and public holidays.
Return Conditions:
Products must be in their original condition, uninstalled, unmodified, and unused.
If any defects (such as manufacturing flaws or shipping damage) are found upon unboxing, they must be reported immediately.
Returns are not accepted for issues caused by improper installation, incorrect use, or external damage.
Discounted or bargained items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Packaging Requirements:
Please use the original shipping box to securely return the product along with any included gifts. If the original box is unavailable, use another intact and sturdy box. Be sure to include:
- All items in their complete, unopened, and unused condition
- Any complimentary gifts originally provided
Proper packaging ensures a smooth return process and prevents further damage during transit.
Refund Process
Once all return procedures are completed and the returned item has been inspected and confirmed, we will proceed with the refund process.
Please note: The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your issuing bank. For specific details, please contact your bank directly.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from the content or use of this website shall be governed by the substantive laws of Taiwan. All such legal actions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court, Taiwan.
